Cancellation Policy

Assignment Cancellation, Order Management and Refund Policy

At Assignment Mentor, we are committed to providing professional, reliable, and high-quality assignment-writing support to customers across the UK. We understand that every assignment is different and may involve specific academic requirements, tight deadlines, complex subject matter, or detailed instructions. Our team therefore works diligently to accommodate a wide range of requests while maintaining high standards of quality, originality, and customer service.

We take responsibility for managing each order carefully and make every reasonable effort to deliver the requested work within the agreed timeframe. We also understand that circumstances can occasionally arise that make it impossible or impractical to fulfil an order. To ensure transparency and fairness, the following policy explains the circumstances in which Assignment Mentor may cancel or revoke an order and the situations in which customers may request a cancellation or refund.

Our Commitment to Customers

We aim to handle every order with professionalism, care, and respect. Once an order has been accepted, we make reasonable efforts to assign it to an appropriately qualified writer or academic professional based on the subject, academic level, requirements, and deadline provided by the customer.

We also encourage customers to provide complete and accurate instructions, supporting materials, marking criteria, referencing requirements, and other relevant information at the time of placing an order. Clear and complete information helps us allocate the appropriate resources and deliver work that aligns with the customer’s requirements.

Although we endeavour to accept and complete orders regardless of their complexity or urgency, acceptance of an order does not guarantee that circumstances beyond our reasonable control will never affect its completion.

Circumstances in Which We May Cancel an Order

Assignment Mentor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or revoke an order in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to the following:

1. Unforeseen Events and Technical Problems

Unexpected events may occasionally prevent us from completing an assignment within the agreed timeframe. These circumstances may include accidents, theft, loss or corruption of data, hardware or software failures, internet or system outages, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Where such circumstances occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer as soon as practicable and, where possible, explore an alternative solution. However, if the circumstances make timely completion impossible, we may have to cancel the affected order.

2. Failure to Comply with Our Terms and Conditions

Customers are expected to comply with our terms and conditions throughout the ordering and delivery process. An order may be cancelled if a customer provides misleading or materially incomplete information, fails to provide essential instructions or materials, repeatedly changes the agreed requirements without reasonable notice, or otherwise breaches the terms applicable to the service.

Where appropriate, we may contact the customer to resolve the issue before taking any cancellation action.

3. Availability of an Appropriate Qualified Writer

We make reasonable efforts to match each assignment with a writer who has suitable subject knowledge, academic experience, and relevant expertise. However, in exceptional circumstances, an appropriately qualified writer may not be available, particularly for highly specialised subjects, unusual requirements, or extremely short deadlines.

Where permitted and appropriate, we may seek assistance from an external academic professional or third-party writer. If no suitable and appropriately qualified resource can be secured, we reserve the right to cancel the order rather than provide work that does not meet our expected standards.

4. Abusive, Manipulative, or Disruptive Behaviour

We value respectful communication and expect customers to interact with our staff and academic professionals in a professional manner.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where a customer engages in abusive, threatening, harassing, manipulative, fraudulent, or persistently disruptive behaviour that materially interferes with our ability to provide the service.

Examples may include repeated unreasonable demands, deliberate misrepresentation of information, attempts to circumvent agreed procedures, threatening or abusive communications, or behaviour intended to disrupt the normal handling of an order.

Any decision to cancel an order under this provision will be made based on the circumstances of the individual case.

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

We recognise that customers may occasionally encounter problems while placing an order. If a customer is unable to complete the ordering process because of a technical error, payment-processing issue, website malfunction, or another problem attributable to our ordering system, they should contact our support team as soon as possible.

Where an order has not yet been processed or work has not commenced, cancellation may generally be easier to arrange. Once work has begun, cancellation and refund requests may be subject to the applicable terms of the order and the stage at which the request is made.

Refund Requests

Customers who believe they are entitled to a refund should contact our customer support team and provide the relevant order details and an explanation of the issue. Each request will be reviewed in accordance with our applicable terms and conditions.

Where a refund is approved, the amount and method of the refund may depend on factors such as the status of the order, whether work has commenced, services already provided, and the reason for cancellation.

We aim to process eligible refunds fairly and within a reasonable timeframe after the request has been reviewed and approved.

Communication and Support

We encourage customers to contact our support team promptly if they experience difficulties with an order, encounter a technical problem, need to clarify requirements, or believe that an order needs to be cancelled.

Our support team will review the circumstances and, where possible, work with the customer to identify an appropriate solution before cancellation becomes necessary.

Important Notice

Assignment Mentor makes every reasonable effort to provide reliable and professional services. However, unforeseen circumstances, technical difficulties, resource limitations, customer non-compliance, or inappropriate behaviour may occasionally affect our ability to fulfil an order.

This policy is intended to promote transparency and establish clear expectations for both customers and Assignment Mentor. Customers are encouraged to review the applicable terms and conditions before placing an order and to contact our support team if they require clarification regarding cancellation or refund procedures.
